Role description:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Certified Health Coach with a holistic healing mindset to join our coaching team. The Certified Health Coach will be responsible for leading clients through Dr. Pompa’s established portal and assisting clients with their health concerns. Our clients have often “tried everything” and we are here to point out upstream sources of toxicity and interference which most doctors miss.

You should be able to learn Dr. Pompa’s processes and protocols in order to offer these clients help in getting their lives back. This will be a great opportunity to learn a lot and also truly help people who are really suffering.

To be successful as a Health Coach, with us you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve a positive client experience. A top health coach should be very empathetic, a great listener and time manager.

Certified Health Coach Responsibilities:

    •    – Run 30-60 minute coaching calls on Zoom with your clients.
    •    – Attend weekly department meetings and educational trainings.
    •    – Your 1:1 coaching calls will be recorded (per HIPAA compliance), and will follow specific outlines.
    •    – All Health Coaches must stay within the parameters of the Pompa Program.
    •    – Must have full time availability and flexibility.
    •    – Study relevant materials to have an excellent understanding of the program and cellular health so you can effectively communicate Dr. Pompa’s protocols and message.
    •    – Attend our weekly Health Coaching meetings (currently Wednesday’s 1:00pm ET and subject to change). If you can’t make the meeting for a legitimate reason then you must review the meeting recording.
    •    – Training will take at least 1-2 months before taking your first client, but around 6-7 months until you graduate to “Level 2 Coach” (no longer a trainee). During training there are 1-2 additional calls per week with your trainers and managers.
    •    – Part of training and maintaining coaching status is attending Dr. Pompa’s weekly live call (currently Tuesdays at 7pm ET), and 2-3 webinars conducted by other coaches.
    •    – Moderate the Pompa Program Exclusive Community and Advanced Strategies private Facebook groups.
    •    – Create postable content to Facebook, as directed by your coaching team.
    •    – Learn to review and interpret our Neurotoxic Questionnaire, VCS test, and Meta Oxy tests.

Requirements:

    •    – English Speaking (though, fluency in additional languages welcomed!)
    •    – At least 3 years experience in 1:1 and group Health Coaching.
    •    – Full time availability to work up to and manage 80 clients + team meetings, and conduct daily admin work.
    •    – Have a quiet, private space to conduct calls, with a calming, pleasant background. Clients should not see others in the room behind you for confidentiality purposes.
    •    – Current certification or degree in holistic nutrition, health coaching, or other relevant field.
    •    – Vast understanding of supplements, organic whole foods, and a non-toxic lifestyle.
    •    – Excellent communication skills. Clear and concise verbal and written skills.
    •    – Smiley, cheery demeanor, great eye contact, and warmth.
    •    – Tremendous listener and happy to spend more time listening than talking.
    •    – Must possess empathy.
    •    – Flexible availability. We do value life/work balance and personal space, but we do not have “hard stops” due to the climate of interaction in our program.
    •    – Be reliable and show up on time for calls, and not reschedule calls that are already on your books (barring any emergencies).
    •    – You must be willing and able to adapt to change positively.
    •    – Comfortable being uncomfortable and happy to lean into difficult conversations
    •    – Must be able to take constructive feedback
    •    – Ability to confidently moderate our busy private Facebook group. Any reluctance to be on FB is a disqualifier.
    •    – You must have a basic understanding of technology and social media.
    •    – Same day responses are required for clients, managers, team members, and company admin.
    •    – Coachability – you must absorb and apply new learnings.
    •    – Curiosity – always ask questions to the coaching managers or senior coaches when you need something clarified.
    •    – Prior success – you must have a track record of success.
    •    – Intelligence – you must pick things up quickly and make sense of various situations.
    •    – Work ethic – you must be a hard worker and always looking to get better and do better.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,350.00 – $5,250 per month
